Introduction
At Stiffer.se, I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in the applications I develop, including Hedwig Eats, D&D Schedule Hell, and KetoIa.
Data Collection and Use
The apps may collect the following types of data, depending on the functionality:
- Account Information – Some apps (such as D&D Schedule Hell) may collect email addresses and display names for account creation and login. This is only collected when you choose to create an account.
- Manually Entered Data – All apps allow you to enter data for their specific purposes:
- D&D Schedule Hell: Campaign and session information
- Hedwig Eats: Nutritional settings and meal information for daily use
- KetoIa: Personal settings (age, height, weight, activity level, goals), food items, and meal entries
- Usage & Analytics Data – Anonymous performance and crash data may be collected to improve the apps. This data does not identify you personally.
No personal data is ever sold. None of my apps collect unnecessary personal information.
Data Storage
Most data entered in the apps is stored locally on your device using secure, industry-standard local storage solutions (such as SQLite databases). This data remains on your device and is not automatically transmitted to external servers.
Some apps may use cloud services (such as Firebase) for specific features like account synchronization or data backup. When cloud services are used, data is encrypted in transit and stored securely according to industry best practices.
Advertising and In-App Purchases
Some apps (such as KetoIa) may display ads using Google AdMob. When ads are displayed, the following data may be collected and shared with Google for ad delivery:
- Device Identifiers – Advertising IDs used for ad personalization and measurement
- Approximate Location – General location data (derived from IP address) for ad targeting
- App Activity – Interactions with ads (clicks, impressions) for ad measurement
This data collection is subject to your consent in regions where consent is required (such as the EU). You can choose to grant or deny consent for personalized ads through the consent form shown in the app.
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads in KetoIa). No payment information is collected by me; all transactions are handled securely by Google Play or Apple App Store.
Consent (EU / GDPR)
For apps using advertising, you may be prompted to grant or deny consent for personalized ads. This is managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and complies with GDPR requirements.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, you may still see non-personalized ads, or you can purchase the ad-free version if available.
Data Security
I take reasonable steps to protect all data from unauthorized access, modification, or deletion:
- Local data is stored using secure, encrypted storage on your device
- Data transmitted over the internet is encrypted in transit
- Cloud services (when used) employ industry-standard security measures
- No sensitive payment information is ever collected or stored by my apps
Data Deletion
You can delete data stored locally in the apps at any time:
- Most apps allow you to delete individual entries or clear all data from within the app
- Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
- For cloud-stored data, you can request deletion by contacting me (see Contact section)
Note: Ad-related data collected by Google AdMob is managed by Google and subject to their privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings or Google's ad settings.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and Swedish data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request corrections
- Request deletion
- Object to certain forms of processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable)

Third-Party Services
Some apps use third-party services that may collect data:

Children's Privacy
My apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe I have collected information from a child under 13, please contact me immediately.
